Strategy before spend.
Twenty-five years of marketing operations, applied to your business before you buy another tool, hire another agency or boost another post. Sometimes the most profitable thing we do is stop you.
Most of it is noise. We tell you which part.
Why it matters
Everyone selling you something has a quota.
The agency sells retainers. The platform sells ad spend. The software sells seats. The guru sells the course. Every one of them is happy to advise you, and every one of them profits from the advice landing a particular way.
Consulting puts one experienced operator on your side of the table: twenty-five years running marketing from national retail brands down to single-truck operations, with no commission riding on your answer.
What we do
Decisions, not deliverables.
Where the next dollar actually goes, in what order, and what it should return. A written plan you can execute with us, with someone else, or alone.
Which tools matter, what to automate, what to keep human. We build and run our own AI infrastructure daily, so this is field advice, not a reseller pitch.
Bring us the proposal before you sign it, the ad account before you scale it, the agency report before you renew it. A trained second set of eyes is the cheapest insurance in marketing.
The judgment of a marketing head without the salary of one: priorities set, vendors managed, work reviewed, on a monthly rhythm.
Consolidating the tool sprawl, connecting what should talk to each other, and turning the chaos of six apps into one process your team actually follows.
One day, one problem, all hands. You leave with a decision made and a plan on paper, not an agreement to meet again.
How it works
Three ways in.
One problem, one call, straight answers. The fastest way to find out what working with us is like.
A roadmap, an audit or a buildout plan with a defined finish line and a fixed quote before we start.
A standing monthly seat at your table. You get the filter permanently installed between your business and everyone selling to it.
The difference
Advice from operators, not observers.
Most AI consultants have read about the tools. We run our own AI marketing infrastructure every day, for our own clients, with our own money on the line. When we tell you what works, it is because we watched it work last week, and when we tell you something is hype, we have usually already tested it so you do not have to.
Questions
Asked before every engagement.
Are you just going to sell me your other services?
Sometimes the plan includes us. Often it does not. The consulting fee buys you the truth either way: if the right answer is a vendor we do not profit from, keeping the money you already spend, or doing nothing for six months, that is the plan you get. Advice you cannot trust is worth exactly what a free pitch is worth.
What size business is this for?
Owner-operated service businesses, roughly from a single truck to a few crews or a couple of locations. Big enough that marketing decisions carry real money, small enough that there is no marketing department to make them. If you are the CMO by default, this is for you.
Can you review what my current agency is doing?
Yes, and we do it with evidence, not opinions: the reports, the ad accounts, the invoices, the actual work product. You get a plain-English readout of what is earning its fee and what is not. Discreetly, and without drama. Good agencies survive our reviews all the time.
Do you train teams on AI?
Yes, and it is practical, not theoretical: your team, your actual workflows, tools in hand. We run our own AI infrastructure every day, so the training is what works in operation, not what sounded good in a webinar. Your people leave using it, not just nodding about it.
Borrow the filter.
Bring the decision you are stuck on: the tool, the contract, the budget, the hire. One session, straight answers, and a plan you own when you hang up.
